Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Item is free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
- Original tags (if applicable) are attached
- Item is returned in original packaging

- Name used on the order
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Size adjustments (when available)
- Defective or damaged items
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Naissance U.S. is not responsible for lost return packages.
